Yakun Field Services is based in Wilmington, Delaware and primarily serves properties located within approximately 45 road miles of Wilmington.
This includes New Castle County and qualifying portions of surrounding Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland markets.

Larger cleanouts, tree work, restoration support, exterior repairs, storm response, and complex preservation assignments may be considered outside the normal service radius.
Extended assignments may be reviewed throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and select Northeast markets when the scope and pricing support travel and mobilization.

Complete authorized field work with attention to property condition, safety, and scope control.
Capture required photographs, notes, measurements, exceptions, and supporting field evidence.
